Hifee.pk Exchange and Return Policy

You can return or exchange your item within 5 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers still attached.
  • The received item does not match the size you ordered.

Important Notes:

  • If you receive an opened or unsealed box, please let us know right away to avoid issues.
  • For sale or discounted items, exchanges are only allowed if the product is not what you ordered.
